Advantex Battery was founded in November 2020 as part of the Patodia Group’s entry into renewable energy — born out of frustration with low-quality, unreliable batteries in the Indian market, and a conviction that customers deserved better. Six years on, that conviction still drives every decision we make.

Quality at Advantex isn’t a final inspection — it’s built into every stage of production. We’re the only lithium battery manufacturer in India operating at 4.5 sigma, with fewer than 0.2% defects across our entire output.

Samsung NMC Cells

EV Grade Only EV-rated Samsung NMC cells for our 2-wheeler packs — never retail-grade, never refurbished. Sourced directly as one of India’s preferred Samsung SDI partners.

200% Testing

Every cell is graded and sorted before assembly through 0–100–0 capacity testing. No batch proceeds without passing every stage — zero shortcuts.

Smart BMS

10+ Parameters Configured in-house, not left at factory default. Real-time monitoring, Bluetooth connectivity, and fully waterproofed alongside the cell pack.

Full Waterproofing

Both the cell pack and BMS are fully protected. Thermal compound provides ingress protection and heat regulation — not just the outer casing.

Multi-Layer Safety

Gas release valve, mechanical fuse, fire prevention coatings, and thermal cutoffs are built into every unit — not sold as premium upgrades.

Automatic Laser Welding

Our dedicated Kolkata assembly facility uses laser-welding lines for perfect cell contact, with 4-step validation before any pack leaves the floor.
